Cooking Instructions


HOW TO COOK DUMPLINGS
For guidance only, cooking appliances will vary. Cook from frozen. Steam or boil dumplings for a healthy meal or pan fry after cooking for crispy bottoms. Please ensure food is piping hot.

Hob
Submerge dumplings in a large saucepan of softly boiling water and stir well. Simmer gently for 6 minutes, stirring from time to time to ensure they do not stick to the bottom. Drain thoroughly and serve.

Steam
Place dumplings in a steamer over simmering water. Keep the lid on and steam for about 6 minutes, then serve.

Shallow Fry - for crispy bottoms
Boil or steam dumplings, then drain well. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. Add cooked dumplings until bottoms turn a crispy golden brown, then serve.

 

HOW TO COOK WONTONS
For guidance only, cooking appliances will vary. Cook from frozen. Boil wontons for a healthy meal on its own or add cooked wontons to a noodle soup. Please ensure food is piping hot.

Submerge wontons in a large saucepan of softly boiling water and stir well. Simmer gently for 6 minutes stirring from time to time to ensure they do not stick to the bottom. Drain thoroughly, serve on a plate and pour the Spicy Wonton sauce on top. The cooked wontons also go well in a noodle soup.
